On the day

    Drop off or wait

    Hand the keys over, or wait in the unit where the slot allows. Tell us which suits — it changes how we schedule you.
  2. 02

    Tested in-house

    Your MOT is done in our own centre, by mechanics who could carry out the repair if it fails.
  3. 03

    You see any faults

    Anything that fails or gets an advisory is filmed and explained, with a price, before a repair is discussed.
  4. 04

    You decide

    Approve the work, book it in for later, or take the car away. No pressure either way.
